Stow-on-the-Wold
makes a great start to this route, with its compact, historic
centre. You then visit Lower Swain & Lower Slaughter before
briefly rejoining the rush of the A429 to drive to the sleepy town of
Northleach. After that, its very minor roads & quiet hamlets for
most of the remainder of the route. You finish with three questions
in Burford, where there are plenty of locations for refreshment after
the journey. |
