Canterbury

A walk through this ancient city centre, starting & finishing at the West Gate & generally keeping to pedestrianised streets that include architecture from medieval times to the present.

Tunbridge Wells to Penshurst (Tudor England)

A meander around a variety of narrow lanes & B-class roads west of Tunbridge Wells, finishing in the ancient village of Penshurst. There are no questions to be answered in Tunbridge Wells, but it makes a convenient starting point & is not far from the end of the route.

Royal Tunbridge Wells (The Pantiles)

The Pantiles in Royal Tunbridge Wells is a Georgian Square, now pedestrianised, that combines a promenade of shops & cafes with a fine collection of historic buildings harking back to the days when the spring waters attracted the aristocracy & the wealthy of London to 'The Wells'.

You will be e-mailed two password-protected web pages to access. One is for the questions page, the other contains the answers. You should receive this e-mail the same day you place the order although on rare occasions it may take up to 48 hours. One route costs £3.30. Any three routes ordered together cost £6.30. Alternatively, the question & answer pages can be posted to you in hardcopy form. The answers will be in a separate, sealed envelope. One route in hardcopy form costs £4.75. The cost for any three routes ordered together is £10.65. More details are given on the orders page.
