Route Location

Christchurch

An easy stroll around the town centre of this historic town, starting at the Priory gates, then along the High Street before visiting the castle & the riverside.

A circular walk around the compact centre of this cathedral city, starting & finishing in the Market Square & visiting the river side and cathedral close.

 Poole Quayside

A short walk from one end of the quayside to the other, finishing with a stroll back through part of the Old Town to the Guildhall. Poole quayside was re-developed in 2001 when a new sea defence wall was built. It is now a fine promenade by the waterside & marina, lined with a mix of new buildings and  preserved historic houses. The quayside is a pleasure to walk along during the day or on an evening.

Southampton

A walk starting & finishing at Bargate in the city centre. The route heads down the High Steet towards the dock gates, then along the dock road before doubling back to the town centre. Along the way it takes in many features that reflect the city's history, from medieval times to the 20th century.

Winchester

A pleasant stroll starting in the town centre, then along a stretch of the river Itchen before visiting the vicinities of the College & Cathedral, before returning to the High Street.

Wimborne to Verwood

This driving route starts with a few questions to answer on foot in the town centre of Wimborne, near Poole. The drive then takes you first along the road to Blandford, with its wonderful avenue of trees around you, before turning off into some quiet backroads of Dorset before finishing in Verwood.   (Dorset)

Starting in the small town of Stockbridge, west of Winchester, this route meanders around some narrow country lanes before finishing in Romsey.

A Hampshire driving route, south of Basingstoke. This route involves driving down many very narrow, single track back lanes.

You will be e-mailed three password-protected web pages to access (two versions of the questions page, for either printing or downloading to your mobile device, the third contains the answers). You should receive this e-mail within a few hours of ordering. One route costs £3.65. Any three routes ordered together cost £6.65. More details are given on the orders page.
